With a passion for people and a deep-rooted connection to home, Zdenka Halvadzija brings a unique blend of warmth, experience, and style to real estate. After earning her license, Zdenka transitioned into real estate following more than 25 years of running her family business, Nermin and Sons, where she built a reputation for connecting customers with trusted home improvement and handyman solutions across the Chicago area.
Zdenka also brings 30 years of experience in luxury retail, where her impeccable taste, attention to detail, and ability to understand what clients truly want made her a standout. A Chicago resident for over three decades, Zdenka is originally from Sarajevo and is fluent in English, Bosnian, Serbian, Croatian, and Montenegrin—making her a valuable resource for a diverse range of clients.
She is known for her incredible people skills, her optimistic spirit, and her ability to find the best in every person and situation. When she's not helping clients find their perfect home, Zdenka enjoys gardening, traveling, creating art, and spending time with her husband and two sons. Her home is affectionately known as a “zoo” thanks to her love for animals—she shares it with three dogs, two cats, and a bird.
